1. Voice coil: The voice coil is the driving unit of a conical paper cone speaker. It is wrapped in two layers of thin copper wires on a paper tube, usually consisting of dozens of coils, also known as coils, placed in the magnetic gap between the magnetic core column and the magnetic plate. The voice coil is fixed together with the paper bowl, and when the sound current signal enters the voice coil, the vibration of the voice coil drives the vibration of the paper bowl.
2. Paper basin: There are many types of materials used for the conical diaphragm of conical paper basin speakers, generally including natural fibers and artificial fibers. Natural fibers often use cotton, wood, wool, silk, etc., while artificial fibers use artificial silk, nylon, glass fibers, etc. Due to the fact that the paper basin is the sound radiation device of the speaker, it largely determines the sound performance of the speaker. Therefore, regardless of the type of paper basin, it is required to be both lightweight and rigid, and not deformed due to changes in environmental temperature and humidity.
3. Folding ring: The folding ring is set to ensure the axial movement of the paper bowl along the speaker, limit lateral movement, and also block the air flow in front and behind the paper bowl. The material of the folding ring is not only commonly used for paper pots, but also made of plastic, natural rubber, etc., which are bonded onto the paper pot through hot pressing.
4. Centering support: Centering support is used to support the junction between the voice coil and the paper bowl, ensuring that it is vertical and not skewed. There are many concentric rings on the centering support, which allow the voice coil to freely move up and down in the magnetic gap without lateral movement, ensuring that the voice coil does not collide with the magnetic plate. The dust cover on the centering support is to prevent external dust and other debris from falling into the magnetic gap, and to prevent dust from rubbing against the voice coil, which may cause abnormal sound from the speaker.
